Hurricane Force PGT Plywood Campaign

This year, Hurricane Irene reminded everyone of the dangers of hurricanes. And the hassles of preparing for an impending hurricane. "Should I cover my windows? Might it hit?"  We developed this "Plywood" campaign for PGT impact resistant windows and doors after watching everyone scramble to cover their windows as the hurricane approached. And seeing the fun and often clever messages homeowners sprayed on the plywood.

-Get people’s attention with something that looks really different.

-Make the headline type large, preferably at least one-sixth the height of the billboard.

-Try to keep the headline under 12 words.

-Make the board more interesting by making it look dimensional. Not flat.

-Say something great and memorable. Even better, repeatable!

Like tea in England, café con leche is more than just a beverage; it has been woven into the cultural fabric of South Florida. We decided to capitalize on the potential PR opportunity for our long-standing client, McDonald’s, who recently launched their take on café con leche exclusively in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties. The above article previewing the product’s launch was the cover story in El Nuevo Herald the weekend before café con leche’s debut.
